I am pretty careful in regards to my diet and haven't found any indicators. I have gone many days without grains or dairy and still got them. I don't eat and grains or sugar and basically eat very 'clean'. The strange thing about my migraines is that 99% of them occur while I sleep, so I wake up with it.

Migraines can be food-allergy related. Quite common.
The problem is, you may eat it for dinner, and the effects may not show up til the next morning. There may be a lag with food. Therefore, you need to write down every single item that goes into your mouth
for several weeks. Often the pattern becomes obvious.

Thank you for the suggestion! I see they are available on Amazon. Any idea how an antacid helps a migraine? Seems odd to me.

G'Day Missy.

I can give you a thought on migraine, get some Rennies or Quikeze indigestion tablets, procurable almost anywhere, they'll do the trick. Pop one in the mouth immediately you feel a migraine coming on and it should stop it in its tracks.

Good morning! My name is Missy and I'm new here. Thank you for including me as I'm always looking for new, natural ways to heal my body. I started learning about CS as I search for an answer to migraines. I have recently been showing many symptoms of hypothyroidism and want to try CS to feel better. I feel that my symptoms could all just be linked to a candida overgrowth. I would love to hear some thoughts on this!
Thanks!

Missy :)
