I have had a very dry area on my elbow, so dry it would crack and abrade
my wife if it rubbed on her. I had tried sanding it down daily, then
adding either olive oil or coconut oil each day, but the results were
less than stellar. I then switched to Lubriderm and had much better
results. I also found that daily sanding it down was contributing to it
growing back within 24 hours, so I have pretty well stopped doing that.
I have found that the best thing for cracked feet is Vitamin B complex
taken orally.
