My wife and I also use CG(Colloidal Gold) she has RA and I have spinal damage from C1 through C7. The CG works well for we take it every other day 40ppm each in 250ml DW(Distilled Water), The silver keeps us well and as soon as we notice a problem we jump on it with the IS/CS or the Aloe gel CS mix I make. Most everyone loves the aloe-CS mix.
