Try a table spoon per 8oz of bragg apple cider vinegar in her water. If she will not drink it back off to a teaspoon per 8oz of water. My avian vet actually suggested this as it can sometimes cure intestinal bacterial infections as well and can sometimes help cure sinus infections in humans.
Putting a drop of saline solution in each nostril a few times a day may help too. Apple cider vinegar is often used in organic chicken operations since they cannot use antibiotics.
