Gail: I forgot to answer your questions: The Glutathione Recycler SM is to treat both Hashi/chronic fatigue/FMS. I learned, after so many years of being in severe chronic pain --- that when I became pain-free, I had so much more energy. Dr Geronimo warned me to still take it easy because my adrenal system is still healing. But I didn't listen to him and was acting like I could conquer the world and naturally, relapsed into chronic fatigue. When I was pain-free, I realized the connection of severe pain contributed severe chronic fatigue... makes sense now since the body has been working so hard to defend and repair itself. Thanks to Dr G, I was able to go back to work part time and be a productive citizen again. Some folks believe that fibromyalgia is a disguised mask from Hypo/hyper-thyroidism. I did noticed when I was on natural compounded porcine thyroid medicine, my pain was greatly reduced 7 years ago. Then about 3 years ago, the pain returned and I had to change my diet but it seems once the inflammation passed the point --- even a strict diet didn't help with chronic fatigue which I found out to be very low cortisol (adrenal exhaustion). So have an ND or DC check your cortisol (saliva test) --- it will prove throughout the day when it's too low or too high and they can help you get it back to normal. That should then help reduce chronic fatigue too.
