I've done it with cuticle clippers on small ones. Pinches a little at first but not big deal. Debbie

I have recently been tempted to use mine for tag snipping, but first I thought I'd try multiple applications of Lugols iodine - just ordered it last night. A shaving razor might also work if the tag is small.
