In the toxic metals category all were low, except silver. For essential metals/elements, iodine was a little high (2.5ug/g; ref range is 0.25-1.8; I take powdered kelp, not a lot), that's the only one that was outside the reference range.
Magnesium and Potassium were very low, as was lithium, all below the reference ranges.
