Thanks RaVen... those could all bbe called meditation experiencesand yes...the breathing patterns or breathwork will trigger this. It does have aphysiological effect and thats where the Bvits come in. I should have asked if you eat meat at all? Beef or buffalo (bison) are the best for maintaining the fire energy. Just a tiny amount or even the bone soup as was talked about on another thread. T
