RaVen... Try/research Cataplex B by Standard Process. You take 4 - 6 per
day. It is all natural and contains the full spectrum of B vitamins as
well as the naturally associated factors. Buy the small bottle (#90) first
and start off with 2 x day working up over a few weeks to the full
dosage. This, just in case it causes the same problems as brewers yeast.
It is pricey compared to vitamins that come out of 50 gallon drums (lol)
but you know you are getting real nutrient vitamins. I think you will find
some reviews on Amazon.

Another good B vitamin is from MegaFood.

I don't know how many you are supposed to take but I would follow the same
routine.. buy small, start small and work up to full dosage. Again, you
can probably find reviews on VitaCost, Vitamin Shoppe, Amazon.
