There are some companies that claim their "micronized" zeolites enter the bloodstream. Also, Waiora a MLM company sells their NCD liquid zeolite that they claim will do the same. Micronized in this instance means cleaned of impurities so the cages can attract impurities from inside the body. If the cages are already full of impurities there won't be any room left for toxins in the body.
