No, there is no need to toss it out Deberah, if you've been using a bubbler for a long time and the end product is good then there is no reason to toss it out. Plenty of people use bubblers, I just choose not to for the reason Trem mentioned. I mean, when all is said and done we can only do the best we can in the kitchen, we haven't the luxury of laboratory equipment or environment to make this stuff. We do the best we believe we can given the tools or equipment we have available to us.
Most people don't understand that what is pushed by all the media hype does NOT reference what we make anyway, but try telling people that, THEY are the ones who don't 'savvy' - - and probably never will - - their loss our gain, look after number one first and foremost I say, you can lead a person to a fact but you can't make them think <g>. The bloke who made all this available to us wanted to keep things simple, that's why he made all the information for us to make it freely available, all we have done over the years is tweaked and refined the methodology of production to improve on a few things to satisfy ourselves.
