Hi Scott,
At one point I researched the difference between boron and borax. Boron is 
apparently a more refine supplement but benefits are about the same. Putting 
off my usual habit of encapsulating everything, I just got boron capsules and 
take one 3mg a day. If I make my own caps, how much borax would you think is 
good?
I also have a roll-on of borax and CS for skin issues. Seems to help rashes. 
The trouble is that it's very hard to pulverize finely enough to keep in 
suspension. 

Any thoughts?
