Hi PT, I used warm water, both for my roll-ons, and for a squeeze bottle I had for the shower. Perhaps I added too much and thought the water became cloudy with it, there was still settling. I'd thought to make a kind of 'milk' of it for my hair, but the texture was still pretty 'gritty' in the strands of my hair. I even put it in my nutri-bullet, but it still settles. It's just an esthetic objection. The stuff is great, nonetheless.
