Swanson has "Dr. Barbara Hendel's Magnesium Oil From the Ancient Zechstein Sea" 
in a spray bottle.  I'm subject to painful cramping in my solar plexus and 
lower legs, so spray this right on the spots and rub it in.  It works for me.
