you can buy it in the HF stores or from a good reputable supplier of esssnetial oils. Be sure it is the thymus mastachina though. Sure you can grow it if you want to wouldn't try eating it. Otto Richters in Goodwood Ontario would probably have the seeds or just do an online search. I have it in a little roll on bottle I carry with me if Im doing any strenuous work.
