The reason I'm asking is that it gets tricky to make anything much over 20ppm with electrolysis in pure water, so if they claim higher potency I'd expect there to be some added ingredients or that it's made by a different process... which in either case raises questions that we won't really be able to answer, since it would be different than what we recommend and use ourselves here. The only thing I can think of to justify this claim is if you nuke the intestinal flora it can interfere with absorption of some nutrients, notably calcium. The intestinal bacteria are actually essential for the proper absorption of some minerals. Typically it takes a very high intake to kill all of the gut flora. I don't personally know how it effects a dog, however. Perhaps some of our members with such experience will comment. > My dog also has a high liver enzyme count...
