atomic form ie Nascent iodine which is much easier for the body to absorb than 
the lugols.  It works really well.  Just something to consider, if you take 
high doses of vitamin c this can deplete iodine so needs to be taken 
separately.  Also things like chlorine in drinking water will do it too...dee
