This is nothing new really. These characters can be considered to be everywhere. Not meaning to to sound overly paranoid but you don't even have to claim something, for PPL of that ilp to get on your case. I do believe that these types actually believe their story.
There is probably a group of them on here watching for something they can jump on or take elsewhere.
