Hi I've used CS for years to treat infection instead of using antibiotics. Recently I had a UTI and took CS for a week until it went away. I noticed my acne cleared up beautifully during this time but returned once I stopped the CS. My question is this, is it ok to take CS daily without harming the beneficial bacteria?
