Thanks Marshall What would it take to  obtain drawings of your design that 
include the parameters that you mentioned in an earlier email for 50 gallons a 
day. I do have a electronic “expert” available. I am concerned about 
reproducibility of concentration batch after batch and settling of 
particles....

No, I made my own from an Explorer II aquarium, magnetic pump, flow meter, 
power supply, and timer.  Total cost was around $100.

  Use a flow through design.  You need to pump slightly over 2 gallons an hour, 
use 100 or more square inches of anode, and about 100 mA of current, polarity 
switched every minute.  You also need a stirrer, or a pump to stir the water.
