Hi Sandee, You could add a mental protocol to dealing with the virus.
In as many ways as you can, Say hallo to the virus (as it is), then say goodbye to it. For instance there is an electron microscope picture of the virus on wikipedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chikungunya . You could have a look at that and then 'see' it changing to something benign or helpful. The red and green to yellow and blue, or to a gray mush , or spinning in a different direction so as to be an instrument of healing. I think the important part of this is to say goodbye to the virulence, As an adjunct, you could then welcome 'it' in its new, beneficial form.
