Everyone, 100%, who had a cold sore [Herpes Simplex] whom I've given
EIS to, had it heal fast and with even marginal continued use every now
and then, had vastly fewer outbreaks of much less severity...even to the
point of it becoming a rarity.
100% says it's the best thing they've ever tried.
..not a "cure" but a very effective control.
Apparently CS has a hard time getting into the nerve cells where herpes
hides...but is it ever comes out... ZAP!
My 90 year old dad got rid of shingles in 3 days...8 oz a day of fresh
made EIS in a flask, sipped all day.

Constant voltage is a set up for 'runaway' current and the higher the voltage
the faster it'll run away...which makes high concentration zones at the
electrode surface and in the water between the electrodes where large particles
and oxides form...and makes it impossible to tell how strong you made it.
To make EIS fast and still be predictable takes VERY large electrodes to keep
the current density spread out.
ONE nine volt battery would be preferable...even 1 or 2 AA batteries.
