Hi Lena,
I nebulized with CS when I was recently sick. I couldn't do it more than
maybe 5-10 minutes since the cold vapor in my lungs was uncomfortable.
How do you overcome this?
Thanks.

Hi Reece,

I keep a 50/50 mix of water and CS on my night-stand for whenever I
awaken, thirsty.
Any cough or congestion, I use straight CS in my nebulizer to nip it in
the bud. I don't suck it in, but gently inhale the fine cloud. I do it as
needed, listening to what my body tells me.

At the moment, the hot, dry house has made my poor little dog's nose
stuffy. I just hold him and let the nebulized CS cloud drop gently past his
snout and he's beginning to notice that it helps.
Be well,
Léna
