Distilled water isn't healthy to drink unless you add minerals back into it.

A smaller option might have been nice… The “Mini” Classic CT is indeed not 
mini! We don’t have much space either and put it away between uses which is a 
bit of a pain.
Related question: is there any reason NOT to use RO (reverse osmosis) water to 
feed the distiller? We understand it may not be the healthiest to drink 
long-term, but it seems that it would be a simple way to come up with cleaner 
distilled water on the first pass as well as limited scale build-up in the 
distiller.
