Hi Nancy, I love how you are using your sleeping time for healing. I may have to look into those magnets.
My family and I also have great experience with using the MP to aid healing. I love martial arts, and sometimes I tweak a shoulder or knee, so I feel that the pulsar is a life saver for me. I haven't had any chronic joint issues, despite the fact that I am still active and over fifty. MSM is something I started last year, after hearing about it repeatedly on this list and elsewhere. It seems to be a valuable supplement, and helps allergies for many people. Not sure if it will alleviate my allergies, but it is looking good so far, as the allergy season started here in Japan and I am ok so far. (I never had hay fever until about five years ago, and it has been pretty bad each year since it started). Thanks again for sharing.
