There is double distilled available easily via eBay.
Although I haven't ever found any in a retail store.
Lots of demin available for kettles and car purposes
Best way to go is a distiller. Even then double distill.

Even when I have started off with RO water .. I have still had to double 
distill.

I am in the UK and there are many outlets you can buy distilled water from 
online as I used to.  I now make my own with an OdeV counter top distiller, so 
I don’t know why they think there isn’t any available here.  You can’t buy it 
in big sizes in the supermarkets though….dee
