Can you please tell me if Kangen water is better than/as

As I understand it, Kangen water is just bout the opposite
of distilled water. It is alkaline and very conductive.

DM water is a lot closer to distilled from the standpoint of
making silver water. It is made by passing water through a
filter filled with resin beads that replace metal ions
(cations) with hydrogen ions and halogen ions (anions) with
hydroxyl ions. Then the hydrogen and hydroxyl ions combine
to make water. They don't remove insoluble particles or
bacteria, but those are no problem for silver water.

If you use a DM filter, you should probably also have a
conductivity or salt concentration meter, to test the water
after you filter it, to see when the resin beads have been
saturated and are no longer working. When this happens, the
conductivity reading will rise significantly, compared to
the result when the filter was new.

I can't give you the benefit of experience on the two silver
generators, because I make my own.
