Selenium is also something you are dependent in buying along with all the other recommended supplements you really have to pick and choose or spend a rather large amount of money each month to maintain. So I do pick and choose and even IF it is a preferable to use selenium over silver solutions, I can make it and use it cheaply.
The fact that I can plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another's, smile at someone and receive a smile in return, are to me continual spiritual exercises.
