Hi PT I think the best way to absorb all necessary vitamins and minerals if you have a compromised system, is to take a good seaweed supplement such as Seagreens. This way, you get everything in a bioavailable form and - most importantly - it is all balanced and so avoiding the pitfall of having too much rather than too little of anything - which can be disastrous. Also juicing vegetables using all different kinds is excellent....Dee
