I don't know your name?? But you are very smart to get yourself to a urologist. Get/find the best one you can. I am not saying what you have isn't cancer but I have had bladder cancer.. back in the nineties and my only symptoms were blood in the commode after voiding and terrible exhaustion. My ob/gyn put methru the test wringer for weeks because I think she was totally convinced that I had uterine or cervical cancer. She couldn't make one of my appts and I had an older doc who took a urine sample and found blood in myurine. Everything took a total U-turn with attention on my bladder now. I don't know what might havehappened if this older, wiser doc hadn't been there to do the obvious... a urine sample.. duh !! There are two types of bladder cancer, one that grows in the lining of the bladder and one that grows likebroccoli.. on a stalk... attached to the bladder wall. I had the broccoli type. My urologist scooped thatsucker out (it was the size of a goose egg) and I was home after surgery by lunch time fixing myselfsome clam chowder. I didn't have to have chemo or radiation and, in fact, never even saw an oncologist. I am not trying to belittle or diminish the seriousness of bladder cancer. It can be a serious problem andI realize that I was very lucky. But.... you are very smart to ck this out quickly and see what is going on.You are doing a lot of good things (d-mannose, diet etc) for yourself. So, try not to panic, wait and seewhat the urologist has to say and find out what the real problem is. The fact that this is getting worse in just a few weeks makes one wonder if this is some infection somewhere and/or a problem with yourkidneys.
