I have never noticed this Neville - I have mine in brown gallon jugs in a
cupboard - the most I will see over a long period of time is some silver
adhering to the walls of the glass jug however we all know what this is and how
to clear it off - this one is new to me - are you talking about sweating ?
Take good care

Could someone explain the chemistry or dynamics of why  "outgassing" occurs
with silver solution whilst in storage?

The rate or degree of outgassing perhaps may be reduced, or enhanced, dependant
on water temperature whilst the solution is in storage?

I have noticed over the years that this outgassing which occurs seems to be a
continual never ending process.

While the product is brewed at room temperature, and is stored in air tight
containers, I wondered if it could be just condensation?

Perhaps this is a purely natural process with water, any water, being stored in
air tight containers for a period of time?  Yes/No?

Thanks

N.
