Exceeding the elimination rate with ANY form of silver to the point of over a threshold retention is what causes Agyria. Normal elimination rate for oral and inhaled doses is around 94% in 48 hours. At under 25 PPM, substituting EIS for water intake, you WILL turn blue...in about 300 years.
Unless your elimination system is compromised which is very rare.
