Edith here. I can not remember the exact formula then but I am sure just the combo of goldenseal, myrrh plus some cayenne to make the action last longer, will work I still use it for myself and normally just grind and capsulate goldenseal along with a little cayenne and buy myrrh in caps and take that together.
