EIS is positive electrically charged whilst mostly bacteria etc is negative gram, hence negative and positive attract which is why this stuff is so effective. This terminology is so it is not to be associated or mislead by Colloidal Silver marketers and Health Shops. CS is neutral "charged". A simple explanation <g>.
