'Movidyn' is the original CS as far as I know. Invented by USSR back in the 50's. It worked so well against all known bio warfare agents the laboratory was dismantled in Czechoslovakia and relocated back to the USSR, they found it worked *too* well.
Of course that was back in the day when powdered silver was being used, as far as I know, now we can produce it using electrolysis, in many of its forms can/could/will still work as effectively. When I was researching CS many moons ago, I think I read that most germs/viruses would be killed by direct contact with CS in approx. 10 mins. I think that was when I was reading about spraying meat, fresh veggies and fruit with CS. For the life of me, I can't find the reference now.
