I'm a long time member to this group but have been fairly absent for a number of years.
If anyone can share I'm a bit desperate for information My independant 89 year old mother has had 2 bouts of colitis (new to her ) since late October. This lastest attack brought her C-Diff also, thanks to antibiotics that were required with first bout. Can anyone advise use ionic CS orally for this ? I don't think I could convience her to use it rectally but she is open to oral use. How much, how often, empty stomach? I appreciate any help...we've made 2 trips to ER in 2 days and with COVID they can't admit her at this time.
