HI, I had to take antibiotics for something unremembered now but think it was a WIGA (Whatever Is Going Around). and my doctor advised me to take probiotics 12 hours apart from the antibiotic. I asked, but won't the antibiotics kill the good bacteria probiotics? She said, It won't kill all of them.
Sounds like probiotics might help?
