Regarding herbal estrogens: Most "female" type herbal combinations contain black cohosh. Some women are very sensitive to this herb, and may react with crashing, painful headaches that do not respond to pain medication. If this describes you, read the labels of all your female herbal preparations to see if black cohosh is an ingredient.
