How long did your wife take this amount of Vit E? I am in the process of weaning my body from synthetic estrogen after 10 years of Premarin usage. I have read Dr. John Lee's book and am using natural progesterone cream. I also take soy tablets. I find I am once again having those miserable hot flashes. I have found all of your comments on the subject informative. Since this is the CS list, maybe I should mention that I am making and consuming CS.
