I guess I should have mentioned that I was only planning on shocking him if it would be safe. It is well known that 2mA (two thousandths of an Amp) is not considered dangerous when applied to the body (externally).
And if I did do this it would only be for a second or so, and only if experts in the field of electromedicine, etc agreed that there would be no risk. I have been shocked by 5,000 to 25,000 Volts DC many times (during 30 years) while working on TV's.
