Hi Kim, Great results have been had with a nebulizer---some folks use an 8 dollar airbrush from Harbor Freight---a high quality CS: i.e. no additives and clear, driven by an O2 supply regulated to no more than 25 PSI instead of an air compressor.
Brooks Bradley's medical research group has had excellent results. Get competent medical advice re: O2 use before giving it to a newborn. Too much O2 can cause permanent retinal damage in neonatals. I have had several friends astonished by the speed with which bronchial/lung infections have gone away.
