Well that time of year is here and boy have I got allergy symptoms! Some years are worse than others and so far this year is bad. I had a cold and now that is going and allergies are coming. I have used CS and Beck's purifier to no avail, I have tried Echinacea also, no improvement. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to go to an allergy dr. either-I've been that route before, $$$$$ and not really any better. I don't like the side effects of the medicines either. I hope someone out there has some suggestions that have worked for them that I can try. I tried the cs nebulizer last week but all it did was give me a sore throat(too much pressure?) Help!
