Particles are kept in suspension by two forces, one the mutual repelling of the positive charges, and the other browning movement. Browning movement increases with temperature, so the best stability should be at the highest temperture before aggregation takes place. Since the product must be made to not aggregate at room temperature, that is the best temperature to store it at.
