Somewhere local Alvin. Regarding which meter to buy please see my earlier post.
Try to purchase your d. water from a dispensary, one complying to the American Pharmacopoeia standard, or such, if possible. I would need to know much more detail about your generating parameters to make any predictions, and I have no experience of voltages higher than 50v DC. I your current is limited to a small enough number, then cleaning electrodes should not be necessary, just the occasional stirring, or preferably something like Roberts mechanical stirrer. It will take longer than you think<g> Ivan. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alvin Rose" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, 14 April 2000 09:15 Subject: Re: CS>Hanna meter > Hi Ivan > Can you suggest the best place for me to buy a PPM meter for colloidal > silver. > Is the hanna unit ok...also I want to make a 4 litre batch of CS at 100 > volts.dc > I have a 0 to 400 volt adjustable power supply... what would be the maximum > > milliamp current flow . > how long do you suggest for 5 to10 PPM and how often to clean the > electrodes > and any precautions required for the best quality etc.using distilled > water..Your advice would be appreciated thanks... > Arose -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
