Try to purchase your d. water from a dispensary, one complying to the
American Pharmacopoeia standard, or such, if possible.

I would need to know much more detail about your generating parameters
to make any predictions, and I have no experience of voltages higher
than 50v DC.

I your current is limited to a small enough number, then cleaning
electrodes should not be necessary, just the occasional stirring, or
preferably something like Roberts mechanical stirrer.

It will take longer than you think<g>
