Ivan:

0.00175 ma = 1.75 microamps. Is THAT what you mean? Or do you mean 1.75 ma?
I assume this current corresponds to having two silver wires (12-14 ga?) in 
STIRRED DI water that has TDS of less than ~2 ppm?
