Please see attached diagram of LM334 with set resister.

I have a question for the Electronic Tech types. I purchased an LM334 and a
Linear taper pot (1000 ohms) to attempt to make the cuurent regulator described
in earlier posts. I discovered that I did not know where to tap into the
attached circuit for the electrodes. I assumed the cathod would be attached to
the V- terminal. When I attached the Anode to the R terminal there was no
voltage (millivolt) at this point. If the anode is attached to the V+ terminal
you might as well not even have the LM334 in the circuit as the voltage and
current would be that of the V supply. So the question is Where do you connect
the electrodes to obtain Voltage to drive the electrodes and controlled current?

Thanks

Jim

P.S. Thanks Mike for your help
