Hi Ya'all, According to Dr David Williams of the Alternative publication, the tests for low thyroid activity are very simple.
Shakedown an oral thermometer and lay it by your bed. When you awake in the morning before you get out of bed place the thermometer in your arm pit for 5 minutes. A normal thyroid will give a reading of 97.6 Mine usually is about 96.2!! Another test and help for the thyroid is to get a bottle of 2% Iodine and paint a silver dollar size spot on your abdomen or thigh. If the spot is still there 24 hours later then no problem. If it is gone repeat daily unto the body has absorbed all of the iodine that it needs. "Ole Bob": -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
