ok I have been doing it for about 2 plus years; I have a friend who owns a company outside of atlanta and she makes and ships about 15,000 of them (ear candles) per month all over the country. THE answer here is yes - some cones are hoaxes because they are not made properly, but most frankly work at least some. I use them for fevers, sore throats, allergies all kinds of things. . . .
