The candle is a hollow cylinder usually made of muslin and dipped in
wax ....one end being smalller. Insert small end in ear, light the other end
and it pulls out old wax and STUFF. I have done it many times but sometimes,
it tends to bother my hearing.....so don't do it much anymore.
