I'm sure Frances is perfectly capable of answering your question, however, let me give you my answer also:
Mr., Tracy was a former, very active member, of the "old rife list" who graciously stepped aside when the pure researchers found the "extraneous" non rife information too distracting to their work. In my opinion, Mr. Tracy is just an ordinary mortal who must have eight heads (to store all the information he knows) sixteen arms to perform all the healing protocols (many of which I know take some labor) that he does, and a "pause" button on time so he squeezes at least 72 productive hours out of the 24 allotted to the rest of us in each day - the only way I can explain how he manages to answer every question posed to him in a [usually] well documented way "with 8x10 glossy pictures with arrows pointing to the scene of the crime" and still has time left over to offer additional information on many things you really need to know but may not easily understand. He has been a source of a inspiration and knowledge to me (and I'm sure others) for this generous sharing of what he knows. In spite of all this he seems like a pretty cool guy.
